I can’t put into words how good these are. They have the biggest wow factor and are so easy to make. Would be perfect on a cheese board or with one of the hundred whipped dips I’ve made over the years. PLEASE TRY THIS (capitals necessary).
Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 15 mins | Serves: 4-6
What you will need:
- Muffin tin
- 1 Cup of self raising flour
- 1 Cup of greek yogurt
- EVOO (Extra virgin olive oil)
- Handful of rosemary sprigs
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
- Combine the self raising flour and greek yogurt in a mixing bowl
- Add some EVOO to your muffin tin and a small amount of mixture so it makes a shallow bite and then add some more EVOO on top
- Using your fingers, squish some dents into the mixture and sprinkle over some salt, pepper and rosemary springs
- Place the muffin tray into the oven for 15 minutes
- Allow the muffins too cool and enjoy! Thank me later :)
