Mini Biscoff Cheesecake. I’m literally obsessed with biscoff right now.

Prep: 5 mins | Serves: 2-4
What you will need:
- 50g Light cream cheese
- 50g YoPro yogurt
- 1 Heaped Tbsp of Biscoff spread
- 8 Biscoff biscuits + a few extra to crush
- Whipped cream
Method
- In a small bowl, add the cream cheese, yogurt and biscoff spread. Mix until combined
- Spread the mixture over the top of the biscoff biscuits
- Top the mixture with some whipped cream and sprinkle over some crushed biscoff biscuits over the top
- Serve and enjoy!
