Mini Biscoff Cheesecake

Mini Biscoff Cheesecake. I’m literally obsessed with biscoff right now.

Prep: 5 mins | Serves: 2-4

 

What you will need:

  • 50g Light cream cheese
  • 50g YoPro yogurt 
  • 1 Heaped Tbsp of Biscoff spread
  • 8 Biscoff biscuits + a few extra to crush 
  • Whipped cream

 

Method

  • In a small bowl, add the cream cheese, yogurt and biscoff spread. Mix until combined
  • Spread the mixture over the top of the biscoff biscuits
  • Top the mixture with some whipped cream and sprinkle over some crushed biscoff biscuits over the top
  • Serve and enjoy!
