Hot Honey Haloumi flat bread. Found this on @foodie_lilly’s page but swapped out the pomegranate for pickled onions. Wow this was so delicious 🤤

What you will need:
- 1 Flatbread
- Halloumi, sliced
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- Hot honey
- Tzatziki
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Pickled onions, chopped
Method
- Start by heating up the EVOO in a pan on medium heat and frying up the halloumi on both sides until golden (approx 1 min on each side) and add a drizzle of hot honey to the halloumi while frying. Remove the halloumi from the pan and set aside
- Grill the flat bread in a pan on both sides and then transfer to a plate
- Spread some tzatziki over the top of the flatbread, top with the halloumi slices, sprinkle over some fresh parsley and pickled onions and add another drizzle of hot honey over the top
- Serve and enjoy!
