What you will need:
- 200g Cottage cheese
- 160g Yogurt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Maple syrupÂ
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extractÂ
- 2 Tbsp Cornflour
- A handful of raspberries
- Whizzing device
Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 180°C and line a small baking dish with baking paper and set asideÂ
- Add the cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cornflour to your whizzing device and blitz until smooth and combined
- Pour the batter into the baking dish and sprinkle a handful of raspberries over the top
- Pop it in the oven for 40-45 minutesÂ
- Remove from the oven and serve and enjoy!
