What you will need:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup of oats
- 1 Egg
- Cinnamon
- EVOO
- Yogurt
- A handful of raspberries
- A handful of blueberries
- 1 Tbsp Peanut butter, warmed up
- Honey
Method
- Start by mashing up a banana in a bowl using a fork
- Add the oats, egg and a sprinkle of cinnamon and whisk it all together
- Add a drizzle of EVOO to a pan and once hot, add the mixture to the pan, patting it down with a spatula flattening it out. Allow to cook for a minute before flipping it over and cooking the other side. Once browned, you can break is up with your spatula
- Transfer the granola onto a bed of yogurt in your serving bowl. Add your raspberries and blueberries with a drizzle of warm peanut butter and honey over the top
- Add another sprinkle of cinnamon
- Serve and enjoy!
