High Protein Breakfast Bowl

High Protien oat breakfast bowl. Super easy to make and filling for the day ahead. YUM x

What you will need:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup of oats
  • 1 Egg
  • Cinnamon
  • EVOO 
  • Yogurt
  • A handful of raspberries
  • A handful of blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut butter, warmed up
  • Honey


Method

  • Start by mashing up a banana in a bowl using a fork
  • Add the oats, egg and a sprinkle of cinnamon and whisk it all together
  • Add a drizzle of EVOO to a pan and once hot, add the mixture to the pan, patting it down with a spatula flattening it out. Allow to cook for a minute before flipping it over and cooking the other side. Once browned, you can break is up with your spatula
  • Transfer the granola onto a bed of yogurt in your serving bowl. Add your raspberries and blueberries with a drizzle of warm peanut butter and honey over the top
  • Add another sprinkle of cinnamon 
  • Serve and enjoy!
