Gnocchi with Brie and Bacon

Indulgent Gnocchi with Brie and Bacon. Huge wow! A little bit of a cheeky treat for your week night. Please try this!

What you will need:

  • 1 Packet of gnocchi
  • 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • 1/2 Cup bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • 250g Chicken stock
  • 1 Wheel if brie, rind removed
  • 300ml Cooking cream
  • A handful of parsley, chopped



  • In a fry pan, heat up the EVOO and then fry off the bacon. Remove with a slotted spoon 
  • Using the same pan, add the onion and garlic and allow to caramelise 
  • Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil and then lower to simmer
  • Add the brie wheel into the sauce along with the cream and stir until melted
  • Once melted, add the bacon back into the pan with a handful of parsley and stir through
  • Add the gnocchi to the pan, pop the lid on and allow them to simmer in the sauce until cooked 
  • Serve and enjoy!
