What you will need:
- 1 Loaf brioche toast
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup milk
- 1/2 Cup cream
- Cinnamon
- 40g Butter
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- A handful of strawberries, slices
- Vanilla ice-cream
- Maple syrup
Method
- Start by cutting your brioche toast into squareĀ pieces and set aside
- In a large bowl, add the eggs, milk, cream with a sprinkling of cinnamon and whisk to combine. Add in the brioche squares and stir through to coat
- In a hot pan, melt down the butter and brown sugar. Add the brioche toast and cook it until it is nice and golden
- Transfer to a bowl and top with strawberries, a dollop of ice-cream and a generous splash of maple syrup
- Serve and enjoy!
