What you will need:
- 1 Bag of Kettle Black Truffle and Sea Salt Chips
- Truffle salami, thinly sliced
- Hungarian salami slices
- Prosciutto slices
- Caramelised onion jam
- Burrata ball
- A handful of rocket
- Hot honey
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Start by scattering the bag of Kettle chips on to your serving platter as the base
- Then start layering on the salamis and prosciutto slices
- Dollop on some caramelised onion jam
- Break the burrata ball into pieces and scatter them into the bowl
- Add in some rocket for some greenery
- Drizzle over some hot honey and grated parmesan cheese
- Serve and enjoy!
