What you will need:
- 3 Onions, sliced
- Balsamic glaze
- EVOO
- Italian herbsÂ
- 3 Tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
- Garlic bulb
- 1/2 a wheel of herb and garlic cream cheese
- Pasta of your choice (I used bow pasta)

Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 170°CÂ
- Add your sliced onions and sun-dried tomatoes to a deep oven proof dish and drizzle over with some balsamic glaze and EVOO and then sprinkle over some Italian herbs. Mix until well coated
- Create a well in the middle of the dish and add the garlic bulb with an extra drizzle of EVOO over the top
- Cover the the dish with some alfoil and pop it into the oven for 40 mins
- In the meantime, cook your pasta of choice as per packet instructions. Drain and set aside
- Pull the oven dish out of the oven and squeeze the onion out of the bulbÂ
- Add the herb and garlic cream cheese wheel and mix it through until meltedÂ
- Add in the cooked pasta and stir to coat
- Garnish with some basil leaves
- Serve and enjoy!
