Bang Bang Chicken salad 🥗 Wowza this is a good one. So easy and perfect for this warmer weather just around the corner

What you will need:
Bang Bang Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp tahini paste
- 2 1/2 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Chinese black vinegar
- 2 Tsp raw sugar
- 2 Tbsp chilli oil
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
 Salad:
- Rotisserie chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 2 baby cos lettuce, sliced
- A handful of bean sprouts
- A handful of coriander, chopped
- 2 Spring onions, chopped
- 2-3 Tbsp roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp chilli oil
Method
- To make the bang bang sauce, place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined
- Prep the salad by adding the lettuce, shredded chicken, carrot, cucumber, bean sprouts, coriander and spring onion into a bowl and mix together with your hands
- Pour over the bang bang sauce and use salad servers to mix through
- Top with some sesame seeds, chopped peanuts and an extra drizzle of chilli oil
- Serve and enjoy!
