Do you like Pina Coladas? So creamy. So delicious. Who doesn't love a Pina Colada?
What you will need:
- 6 Chunks of fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 Tbsp coconut cream
- 1 Tsp castor sugar
- 45ml Bacardi rum
- 45ml Pineapple juice
- A handful of ice
To garnish:
- Cocktail umbrella (optional)
- Pineapple slice
Method
- Add the pineapple chunks, coconut cream and castor sugar to a blender and blitz until smooth and combined
- Add the pineapple juice, Bacardi rum and ice into the blender and blitz until combined
- Pour into your desired glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and cocktail umbrella
- Serve and enjoy!
