Marble Espresso Martini….WOWZA! A few steps in this but it’s really worth it.

What you will need:
- 1 Shot of coffee
- 2 Rows of marble chocolate, melted
- 30ml Kahlua
- 2/3 Cup cream
- 2 Rows white chocolate
- 1/3 Cup vodka
- Handful of ice
- A cocktail shaker
To garnish:
- Marble chocolate pieces on skewers
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the shot of coffee and the melted marble chocolate together and then pour the mixture into your cocktail shaker with the kahlua and a handful of ice. Set aside
- In a seperate microwaveable bowl, add the cream and white chocolate rows and pop it into the oven for 30sec bursts until melted
- Add the vodka and stir through. Set aside
- Pour the coffee mixture into your desired glasses and then top with the white chocolate mixture
- Garnish with the chocolate skewers
- Serve and enjoy!
