Iced Vovo Cocktail OMG š This is absolutely for the sweet tooth. And how pretty does she look (the cocktail of course š)

What you will need:
- 1/2 Punnet of raspberries
- 1 Tsp castor sugar
- 1 Cup of coconut cream
- 1 Tsp red cordial
- 1/3 Cup Chambord
- 1/2 Cup Malibu
- A handful of ice
- A whizzing device
To garnish:
- Strawberry jam
- Desiccated coconut
- Whipped cream
- Volvo biscuits

Method
- Start by rimming your glasses with strawberry jam, roll through the desiccated coconut and set aside
- Add the raspberries to a small bowl with the castor sugar and muddle them down. Pour into your whizzing device
- Add the remaining ingredients into the whizzing device and blitz until combined. Pour into your rimmed glasses
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with a Volvo biscuit
