Cocktail → Video

What you will need:

• 30ml Tequila
• 15ml Aperol
• 30ml East Coast grapefruit juice
• A dash of East Coast lime juice
• A dash of agave
• Soda water
• A handful of ice

To garnish:

• Orange rind
• Salt 

Method

• Start by rimming your desired glass with some agave and rolling your glass through some salt
  
• Add in the ice, tequila, Aperol, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave to your glass
• Top up your glass with soda water and garnish with an orange rind
• Serve and enjoy!
