Frozen Aperol Spritz🍹🍊 Even though it’s still winter here in Sydney, today was the perfect day to bust out the frozen cocktail.

What you will need:

• 4 Aperol frozen ice cubes
• 4 Orange juice frozen ice cubes
• Prosecco
• Blitzer

Method

• This one requires prepping the day before. Fill up half an ice cube tray with Aperol and the other half with OJ and pop the ice cube tray into the freezer overnight 
• Place 4 Aperol ice cubes and 4 OJ ice cubes into your whizzing device and top up with a little bit of Prosecco and lightly blitz until mushy 
• Pour into your desired glass and enjoy x
