This is like drinking a glass of deliciousness and again I would definitely class this as an actual dessert 🍮
What you will need:
- 1/4 Cup of cream
- 300ml of Custard
- 1/2 Cup of vanilla vodka
- 2 Tbsp of butterscotch schnapps
To garnish:
- Caramel syrup to rim the glass
- Toffee shards (2/3 Cup of castor sugar, 1/4 Cup of water)
Method
- To make the toffee for the garnish, add the castor sugar and water to pot and bring to a boil. Allow to boil and bubble for 3-5 minutes until colour changes to a dark caramel and it is a sticky consistency. Pour into a baking tray covered with baking paper and pop it into the freezer for a couple of minutes to harden. Remove and break to create the shards and set aside
- Rim your glasses in the caramel syrup, add some ice to the glasses and set aside
- Add the cream, custard, vanilla vodka and butterscotch schnapps to a glass or jug and stir to combine
- Pour into your rimmed cocktail glass, add some of the toffee shards to garnish
- Serve and enjoy!
