Biscoff Espresso Martini 🍸 YES PLEASE 🙋🏼♀️ Anything with biscoff is a yes. This was so good.
What you will need:
- 2 tbsp Lotus Biscoff Spread
- 30ml vodka
- 30ml butterscotch liqueur
- 30ml of Tia Maria
- 30ml espresso coffee
To rim the glass: 1 tsp Biscoff spread and 2 crushed Biscoff biscuits
Garnish: 1 whole Biscoff biscuit
Method
- Start by rimming the glass with the biscoff spread and roll it through the crushed biscoff crumb and set aside
- In true shake & pour style - add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker with some ice and give it a good shake and then pour it into your cocktail glass
- Drop a biscoff biscuit on top (I promise it floats!) and enjoy!
