A very special early cocktail hour! It’s Halloween and I’m celebrating with a Baileys Freakshake 🎃👻 This was super fun to make and absolutely delicious.
What you will need:
- 2 Scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 Cup of milk
- 1/4 Cup of Baileys
- 1/2 Tsp of pumpkin spice
- 1 Tbsp of chocolate sauce
- A blitzing device
To garnish:
- Mini chocolate donut
- Chocolate sauce
- Melted marshmallow
- Whipped cream
Method
- Start by adding all the ingredients into your whizzing device and blitz through
- Squeeze some chocolate sauce to the inside of your desired glass to create a 'spider web' effect and then pour your cocktail into the glass
- Top with some whipped cream and a mini donut
- Spread the melted marshmallow over your glass to create a cobweb
- Serve and enjoy!
