What you will need:

• 1/2 Block of white chocolate
• 1 Tsp butter
• 1 Tbsp Biscoff
• 2 Cups of milk
• 60ml Baileys

To garnish:

• Whipped cream
• Biscoff biscuit

Method

• In a pot, melt down the white chocolate and butter, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning
• Once melted, add in the Biscoff and milk and stir through until melted
• Add in the Baileys and stir through
• Pour into your desired glasses, top with some whipped cream and a Biscoff biscuit to garnish
• Serve and enjoy!
