You know I love a pour and stir cocktail and this one did not disappoint!

What you will need:
- 30ml Limoncello
- 60ml Lemon flavoured sparkling water
- Prosecco
- Ice
To Garnish:
- Lemon rounds
- Mint sprigs
Method
- Add a handful of ice to your desired glass and top with a shot of limoncello and 2 shots of sparkling water
- Top your glass up with Prosecco
- Garnish with a lemon round and mint sprig
- Enjoy!
