Midori Splice time! Tell me this doesn’t give you old school memories. Well turns out these are just as delicious as you remember. Pour, stir and add some whipped cream.

What you will need:
- 30ml Midori
- 30ml Malibu
- Pineapple juice
- Whipped cream
To garnish:
- Pineapple wedge
- Cocktail umbrella to make it fancy
Method
- Place a handful of ice in your glasses
- Pour the Malibu and Midori shots in and top with pineapple juice and give it a stir
- Add some whipped cream on top, garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cocktail umbrella
- Serve and enjoy!
