I made this one whilst in lockdown in 2021 - Literally making lemonade out of lemons (well actually it’s a lemon margi but you get my drift 😃) This is a goodie!
Cocktail → Video
What you will need:
- 1/3 Cup cointreau
- 1/2 Cup tequila
- 1/3 Cup sugar syrup
- 1/3 Cup lemon juice
- A handful of ice
- A Cocktail shaker
To garnish:
- Crushed meringue, lemon rind and salt, mixed together
- Lemon wedge
- Mini meringue
Method
- Start by rimming your glasses with the lemon wedge and roll the glass through the meringue, lemon rind and salt mixture. Set the glasses aside
- Add all the ingredients into cocktail shaker and give it a good shake
- Pour into your glasses and garnish with a mini meringue
- Serve and enjoy!
