This cocktail has taken the lead of my number 1! It’s every single thing I love in a cocktail, not to mention these little Gaytime bites of heaven 🙏🏻 P.S why aren’t people talking about Malt O Milk biscuits, they are a little hidden gem. Have finished the entire packet with a cup of tea.

What you will need:

• 4 Gaytime bites
• 45ml Baileys 
• 2 Tbsp Vodka
• 2 Tbsp Butterscotch schnapps
• 2/3 Cup cream
• A Blitzer

 To garnish:

• Malt O Milk biscuits, crushed
• Caramel sauce
• Gaytime bites on a skewer

Method

• Start by rimming your desired glass with the caramel sauce, roll through the crushed Malt O Milk biscuits and set aside
• Add all the ingredients into your whizzing device and blitz to combine
• Pour into your glasses, garnish with the Gaytime bites skewers
• Serve and enjoy!
