What you will need:

• 45ml Tequila
• 30ml Lime juice
• 30ml Olive brine from an olive jar
• 15ml Orange juice
• A squeeze of honey
• A handful of ice
• A cocktail shaker

To garnish:

• Salt and chilli
• Olives on a cocktail stick

Method

• Start by painting the side of your desired glass with some honey and roll the glass through some salt and chilli and set aside
• Add all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker and give it a good shake
• Pour into your glass, garnish with an olive stick and enjoy x
