This isn’t usually my first chocolate of choice but mixed up in a cocktail with Malibu and Chambord and wow it is delicious!
What you will need:
- Cocktail shaker
- 60ml Malibu
- 30ml Chambord
- 2 Tsp raspberry jam
- 1/2 Cup coconut milk
- A handful of ice
To garnish:
- Chocolate sauce
- Desiccated coconut
- Mini cherry ripe, chopped to bite size pieces and skewered
Method
- Start by rimming your glasses with the chocolate sauce, roll through the desiccated coconut and set aside
- Place all the ingredients into the cocktail shaker and give it a good shake
- Pour into your glasses, garnish with the cherry ripe skewer
- Serve and enjoy!
