Boozy Violet Crumble Cocktail

Chocolate honeycomb, butterscotch and ice cream - it is basically a dessert! Please try this.

What you will need:

  • 1 Violet crumble chocolate
  • 1 Glad bag
  • Kitchen hammer
  • 1/2 Cup Butterscotch schnapps
  • 1/4 Cup Bacardi Rum
  • 1 Banana
  • 1.5 Cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp Hokey Pokey ice cream
  • A handful of ice
  • A Blitzer


To garnish:

  • Caramel syrup
  • 1/2 Banana, sliced and added to a skewer



    • Place the violet crumble into the glad bag and use the kitchen hammer to crush the chocolate into a fine crumb
    • Drizzle some caramel syrup to the inside of your glasses, tipping it upside down to also rim the glasses and roll through the chocolate crumbs. Set aside
    • Add the butterscotch schnapps, Bacardi rum, milk, banana, ice cream and ice to a blitzed and blitz until combined 
    • Pour into your glasses and add the banana skewer to garnish
    • Serve and enjoy!
