Testing out the pesto eggs from TikTok! Wow these are delicious! I added avo to the sour dough, chilli flakes and a squeeze of honey. Trust me it’s delicious x

What you will need:
- 2 Tbsp pesto
- 2 Eggs
- Chilli flakes
- 2x Slices sourdough
- 1/2 Avocado
- A drizzle of honey
Method
- Start by adding the pesto to heated pan and crack the eggs into the pesto
- Sprinkle over some chilli flakes and allow them to bake until cooked to your liking
- Spread some avocado over the sourdough slices
- Place the cooked eggs on top of your sourdough, drizzle over with some honey
- Serve and enjoy!
