Breakfast Granola

I’m all about the breakfast prep and this is a great one for warmer weather!

Prep: 5 mins | Cook time: 20 mins | Serves: 4

 

What you will need:

  • 3 Cups rolled oats
  • 1 Cup slithered almonds
  • 1/2 Cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 Cup coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 Cup raisins
  • 1 Punnet of raspberries
  • 1 Punnet of blueberries

 

       

       Method

      • Preheat your oven to 150 °C and line a baking pan with baking paper and set aside
      • Add the maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon and salt into a mixing bowl and whisk until combined 
      • Stir through the oats and the almonds until evenly coated. Trust the process, keep mixing and they will get coated!
      • Transfer mixture to the lined baking pan and pop it into the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and then remove and allow to cool
      • Stir through the raisins
      • Serve in a bowl with some yogurt, blueberries and raspberries 
      • Enjoy!
