This one is a no-brainer for my fellow passionfruit lovers! Another great summer cocktail we can’t get enough of over here.
What you will need:
- Cocktail shaker
- 100ml Vanilla vodka
- 40ml pineapple juice
- 30ml sugar syrup
- Small can of passionfruit pulp
Fresh pulp from ½ passionfruit to garnish
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and give it a good shake. Pour it into a martini glass (or glass of your choice) and top with some fresh passion fruit pulp
- Enjoy!
