Cocktail → Video
What you will need:
- 1/2 Cup chambered liqueur
- 1 Cup baileys
- 1/2 Punnet strawberries
- 1 Cups of ice
- A Blitzer
To garnish:
- Strawberry jam
- Macarons
- Mint
- Mini marshmallows
- A handful of strawberries, chopped
- A skewer
Method
- Start by threading the garnish ingredients on to a skewer and set aside
- Using a spoon, spread some strawberry jam onto the inside of your desired glasses and set aside
- Add all the cocktail ingredients into your whizzing device and blitz until smooth and creamy - like a strawberry milkshake
- Pour the cocktail into your desired glass
- Garnish with the skewer on top
- Serve and enjoy!
