Jessica May is the founder and CEO of a hugely successful business called Enabled Employment, a labour hire company for people with a disability. Jessica herself suffers from dissociative anxiety (put up your hand if you didn’t know that anxiety was a disability!) after having been the victim of sexual abuse, and created the business when she didn’t get the support she needed from her employer.
