Styling the Betty Tran Runway Show – Mercedes Benz Fashion Week
I had the absolute pleasure of styling Betty Tran‘s runways show for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week this year. With 15 models to dress, get into hair and make up and send out to the runway with 2 changes you can only imagine the craziness.
I met with Betty about 2 months in advance to the show to discuss the styling of the show. This included being a part of the hair and make up decision, shoes, fittings, the show order and the music. As the stylist it is important to be across all aspects of the show so that the collection tells the story the designer wants to convey.
Betty’s show went off without a hitch and her collection was beautiful. I was really proud to be a part of it and honoured that Betty asked me to style!
