Seasons
I find the beginning of Autumn to be the prettiest time of the year. Just before the leaves begin to fall they turn bright yellows, oranges and reds. The streets look bright and alive. It’s a feast for your eyes and your senses.
And then, over a couple of short weeks, the leaves fall and the trees are left bare. Although still beautiful, everything is different.
Life brings seasons of change. Some seasons are full of joy, and others are a struggle. I have always found it is so important to identify seasons as just that, something that will eventually come to an end and be replaced by something new and different. As Autumn sets in, it’s a reminder to enjoy life’s precious moments as they occur. After the long, hot months of summer, I am excited to pull on my comfy knits, my jeans and boots. There is something about snuggly fashion that really gets me.
As life constantly changes around us, let’s make the most of the moments we find ourself in. Don’t wait to tell someone you love them, or to spend time with your cherished ones. Sit outside with your cup of tea and enjoy the sunshine. Take in the beauty that surrounds you. These moment are precious and to be enjoyed.
So today, whatever your season, embrace it and know that soon the next one will be here.
