Tracy Bevan from the McGrath Foundation is an absolute delight. I had the pleasure of sitting down with her for this episode of Tea with Jules, and I was blown away be her honesty and passion.

I’ve always been one for a morning and evening beauty routine. I’ve said time and time again that the one thing I have never let slide since becoming a mother is time for ‘getting ready’ in the morning. I have always found a way – even if that means piling the kids into the bathroom for a sometimes ‘colourful’ half an hour, I have stuck to my guns and never missed a morning. To me, it’s important to start my day feeling good, and, showering, moisturising, doing my hair and putting on my face, is the best start to a productive day. I know it sounds so simple, but it’s one of those things that boosts my happiness! Body moisturising is one thing I will never go without. It’s a step in my routine that I know my skin thanks me for – here’s why I’m doing it and you should too!

I’m back at it with my concrete and wood combo, but I just can’t get enough! This lovely house is pretty much heaven in 4 walls. I love it’s grand structure and delicate finishings. It’s the perfect mix of simple, minimal and strong.

In this episode of Tea with Jules I chat with Conchita Wurst, drag artist and the 2014 winner or Eurovision.  I first met Conchita when I had the pleasure of attending Eurovision in 2015. I instantly fell in love with her when she asked how my babies were and complimented me on my dress! This, coming from someone standing before me in a couture gown with the most perfect lashes I have ever seen.

Conchita opens up to me about growing up gay, her childhood in Australia and her love of performing. Her message is one of positivity and accepting yourself and others for just who they are. She is a whole lot of fun and a beautiful spirit.

I’ve never been one for an over the knee boot. I don’t know if it’s my fear people thinking  I’ve walked straight from a scene of ‘Pretty Woman’, or my conservative Christian upbringing, but I’ve never been brave enough to try it…..till now. Once I summoned up the courage to parade myself down the street, Julia Roberts style, there was no stopping me. Now I can’t take them off! They actually go with everything and can be dressed up, or worn in a more casual way. I’m a convert. Can I get an Amen?
