Afternoon Tea?…don't mind if I do
On a recent visit to Melbourne, I took one of my best girlfriends for a spot of Afternoon Tea at the Windsor Hotel. It’s no secret I have a weakness for tea, afternoons and girlfriends so, this was my ideal activity for a sunny/stormy/rainy/back to sunny (haaa! sorry Melbourne) day!
I took a few snaps of our experience which consisted of culinary delights such as chocolate fondant, sandwiches (no crusts!) , ice-cream, macaroons, every cake you could possibly imagine and the all important freshly baked scones with jam, lemon curd and double cream.
Needless to say, we left with full bellies and warm hearts. Nothing beats some girl time with a good cup of tea.
